Regardless who you live with, put both the toilet seat and lid up after every use. It is both respectful and fair that everyone(including women) lifts something up for use.

I tried putting the seat and lid down for a month; my brother and father only lift the lid, and piss all over the seat and floor. they are 23 and 57 respectively. Making them clean it wont discourage them. Nor soft talk. Nor fights. What can i do? Im super tired of cleaning and disinfecting everything every single day.
