Ngâm 150gr đậu xanh cà vỏ trong nước 2 tiếng cho mềm, sau đó cho đậu xanh đã ngâm vào tô trộn cùng 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 3 muỗng canh đường. Cho đậu vào nồi hấp cách thuỷ, khi đậu chín mềm đem trộn với 100gr dừa rám nạo.
Cho 300gr đường thốt nốt vào tô cùng 400ml nước lọc, cho vào lò vi sóng quay cho tan đường. Sau đó, cho vào 1 tô khác 70gr bột gạo, 150gr bột năng, đổ từ từ phần đường thốt nốt vào rồi dùng phới lồng khuấy tan đều đến khi hỗn hợp hoà quyện rồi đem lọc qua rây cho mịn.
Bắc chảo chống dính lên bếp nhỏ lửa, dùng cọ phết dầu quanh chảo, đổ 1 vá bột sau đó tráng đều bột xung quanh chảo, đậy nắp 30s sau đó dùng que lấy bánh từ từ ra.
Trải bánh ra dĩa có phết dầu, sau đó bỏ nhân đậu xanh vào và cuốn lại, tiếp tục cuốn cho đến hết bột.
Dọn món ăn ra đĩa và rắc mè trắng rang lên mặt. Vị ngọt dịu, mềm dai của vỏ bánh kết hợp với đậu xanh bùi bùi và một chút vị béo của dừa nạo, tạo nên sự hài hòa không hề ngán khi ăn. Chấm thêm một chút muối mè để làm tăng thêm hương vị thơm ngon của món ăn.
